Our shipping process ensures every product reaches you safely and on time, whether you’re in India or across the globe.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once we receive your order, your products pass through the final round of quality check.
  •  Then they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in biodegradable organic cotton drawstring bags. After extensive research we choose to move ahead with these as they are reusable, sustainable and easy to maintain. Negligible usage of paper has helped us achieve zero waste packaging.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'Track' section.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • International Orders: Usually delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance timelines.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • We have free domestic shipping.
  • We have region and weight specific charges for international regions.

Does Walletkart ship outside India?

Yes! Walletkart proudly ships worldwide 🌍.
We currently deliver to APAC, North America, Europe, and select regions in the Middle East.
All international orders are shipped through reliable global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
