Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

5. Order, Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD $) for international orders, and currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.

  • We accept secure international payments through Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Walletkart reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in case of suspected payment fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Orders (India): Dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipped via trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, and typically delivered within 7–15 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • Customers receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.

  • Walletkart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid directly by the customer to the local courier or customs authority.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products.
To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Personalised or customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
